I've worked as a systems analyst and service delivery manager in aerospace. I've led HR operations teams in the energy sector and healthcare. I've led global change management operations and set up working teams in several countries. I have worked in ministry and have taught leadership to people around the world. But wherever I am and whatever I'm involved with there is a common thread . . . it all came down to helping individuals develop and grow during transformation.

Others will follow." So it began, my quest to learn how to lead myself and do it well.
